1.2 Marval Africa is the trading name of Revitilize Consulting (Pty) Ltd subject to the provisions of the Companies Acts in South Africa.

1.3 is the site operated by Marval Software Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 2425318 and have the office registered at Stone Lodge, Rothwell Grange, Rothwell Road, Kettering NN16 8XF. This address is also the main trading address. The website is also operated by Marval Training and Consultancy Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 4216316 which uses the same registered office and trading address.

1.4 Both Marval Software Limited and Marval Training and Consultancy Limited are limited companies subject to the provisions of the Companies Acts in England and Wales.

2. Acceptance of Terms
